We found the house of our dreams
“Michele Rennie is very professional, polite, friendly, easy to be with, knowledgeable, an excellent planner, scheduler, communicator, and has outstanding skills and abilities.
Michele showed us many houses (9), she scheduled all of the appointments and was very patient while I went through each house with a magnifying glass. She gave us a lot of historical details on each house, the neighborhoods and what would work well for us. She was right in all aspects.
We found the house of our dreams and she put in the offer for us. She worked well with negotiations with the other real estate agent, and all of the other contacts: bank, escrow, etc. She also gave us names of vendors for all services: inspectors, roofers, plumbers, landscapers, etc.
Michele is very knowledgeable in the rules and regulations for all of the real estate matters. We were very happy with her advice and guidance as we are not locals. She made the transaction go very smoothly, efficiently and made it easy on us. Even at the last minute when I changed the naming for the deed. We would highly recommend Michele Rennie!”
